Are there kettles in the rooms?
There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the Deluxe Suites with Private Pool. For the rest of the rooms, we can arrange a kettle in your room upon request, free of charge.
Is there a safe deposit box in the room?
Yes, there is a laptop size safe deposit box in the room and some charges may apply to use the safe.
Is there free wifi?
There is free wifi in all rooms and in the main areas of the hotel.
Are there baby cots or high chairs?
You can have a baby cot in the room & a high chair at the restaurant, free of charge, upon request.
Do you have rooms with Bathtub?
Our rooms have showers. Bathtubs are available only in specific rooms.
Do you have rooms for disabled people?
The hotel does not have rooms with services & facilities for disabled people. The superior bungalows and the deluxe suites with private pool are located on the ground floor, next to the swimming pool and they have easy accessibility to all the facilities of the hotel, for people who have walking difficulties.
Do you provide Pool Towels?
The Pool Towels are 5 euros for the whole stay and you can change them whenever it’s necessary for fresh ones.
For all the Suites with private pools are provided Pool Towels for free.
Are swimming pools heated?
Our Swimming Pools are seasonal and they have the temperature of the environment.
Do you use seawater for the Swimming Pools?
For a more eco-friendly approach, we use seawater for our swimming pools. The private swimming pools are being sterilized with the ecological method of salt electrolysis and the rest with environmentally friendly, non-chemical treatments.
Do you have a gym in the hotel?
There is a gym in the hotel you can use for free. Operating Hours: 08:00 till 23:00.
Do you have a wellness center in the hotel?
There is a wellness center with hammam & spa treatments. You can use the hammam for free.

Is there a parking area in the hotel?
The hotel provides a big parking area for free.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed up to 5 kg, but not in the breakfast & dinner area.
Can you flush toilet paper?
In Greece you shouldn’t flush toilet paper, because the drainage system is not suitable.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and Check out at 11:00. There is also the option of early check-in & late check-out or day use, upon request, subject to availability. Charges may be applied.

Are there Vegan, Gluten-Free & Vegetarian options at the Breakfast & Dinner Buffet?
There are plenty of Vegan, Gluten-Free & Vegetarian options at the breakfast and dinner buffet. In the mornings we serve daily goat & cow milk, but there is also the option to have almond or soy milk upon request. There is the option to have gluten-free bread, upon request as well.
Where can I have a Covid-19 test?
You can have a PCR or Rapid antigen test in our hotel. Please book your covid-19 test here.
